How to use PolyLeaders
What the score means, how to read a wallet page, what the feed and forward test are for, and what the site does not do.
The score
"Leaders" is 650+ wallets from Polymarket's leaderboards, profiled from full history. The 0–100 score: 40% consistency, the share of months in profit; a penalty for history shorter than eight months, a one-month wallet gets at most a third; 12% track record by closed markets; 12% ROI per market; 10% win rate; 10% focus away from 5-minute crypto; 8% holding time; 8% size of profit. 80+ means years of consistency; 40 and below is a newcomer or a lucky streak.
The wallet page
Cards at the top: all-time profit and volume, months in profit, win rate, ROI per market, average stake, median holding time. Under them a note on the sample behind win rate and focus: the most recent 1,000 closed markets, because Polymarket's API returns closed positions sorted by profit and any truncated sample without this correction looks like a wall of wins. Below: monthly profit, category focus, trades captured by our feed, open positions and recent activity.
What a beginner should look at: months in profit out of total, median holding time of a day or more, 5-minute crypto share near zero. Such a wallet is worth studying: which markets it picks, at what prices it enters, how long it holds.
The feed
"Live trades" shows every trade of the top 150 wallets seconds after it appears on chain: who, what, which outcome, at what price, how much. It is not a buy signal. It is observation material: you see which markets experienced people enter and at what prices, and compare with your own view.
The forward test
"Proof" is our honesty check. Every Monday we freeze the top 20 and from then on count only what those wallets earned after entering the list. If the ranking is useless you will see it there before we could dress anything up. Look at the share of wallets in profit since the freeze and the ROI on volume since.
What the site does not do
- It does not trade for you and has no access to your money. We show data; decisions are yours.
- It does not promise returns. Past consistency improves the odds and guarantees nothing; the forward test exists precisely because we are not sure ourselves.
- It does not recommend specific bets. If you see a "buy signal" with our link, it is not us.
How to learn with the site
Pick three wallets with a score of 80+ in different categories. For a week just read their trades in the feed and their open positions, without trading. Write down what you would have bought and why. A week later compare with what they did and how the markets ended. That is a free course no book offers.
